Launch will include development opportunities such as: Professional skills learning; Networking and career conversations.<br><br>Make an impact as an Associate Analyst, Business Administration: <br><br>The Corporate Solutions Commercialization function transforms insights into action. Our team brings together competitive benchmarking, business intelligence, market trend analysis, experience research, and client/journey insights to shape stronger product strategies and GotoMarket (GTM) plans. We identify emerging opportunities, diagnose performance challenges, develop actionable insights, and activate targeted execution strategies that strengthen our competitive position and accelerate growth across the commercialization lifecycle. <br><br><br>We are seeking a highly motivated new graduate to join our Insights & Execution team. This role will help build and scale market intelligence for Corporate Solutions, support the growth of B2B Payments through actionable strategies and GTM engagements, and enable meaningful conversations with prospects and clients through data-driven insights. The ideal candidate is curious, analytical, collaborative, and eager to learn in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. <br><br> <br>Key Responsibilities <br><br>Monitor trends in payments, fintech, B2B commerce, and the broader macroeconomic environment. <br><br>Support the development and execution of strategic growth plans in priority markets. <br><br>Build strong relationships with key internal partners to identify emerging business challenges and opportunities. <br><br>Help maintain internal tools, documentation, and processes that support team efficiency. <br><br>Support research and data analysis efforts by gathering insights, conducting analytical reviews, developing PowerPoint presentations, and presenting findings to the leadership team. <br><br><br>Program Qualifications: <br><br>Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or accelerated graduate program graduating Spring 2026 <br><br>Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, PPT) <br><br>Innovative thinking and thoughtful risk taking <br><br>Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to build clear presentations and narratives <br><br>Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. <br><br>Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus. <br><br><br>Application Process: <br><br>Submit your application (resume and unofficial transcript) <br><br>If eligible, you will receive an invitation for a digital interview; this includes answering pre-recorded interview questions <br><br>If recommended further, receive invitation for final round interview(s); you will have the opportunity to meet with usvirtually tolearn more about our business and culture <br><br><br>Compensation:$45.05/hour<br><br>This role is not eligible for Mastercards work authorization sponsorship. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
